Family Craft: Ornament Decorating for our tree at Merril Park

Event Details

Adults accompanying children can participate in Family Crafts as long as each person is individually signed up.

This year, Comstock Township Library will be decorating a tree at Merrill Park for Comstock Park and Rec's "Rockin' 'Round the Christmas Tree" program. (https://comstockmi.gov/category/program-offerings/)

As part of the celebration, the library is hosting a special ornament-decorating program. Each participant will decorate two ornaments – one to take home, and one to hang on the library’s tree at Merrill Park (you'll leave these with us for us to display in December).

Have extra Christmas tree decorations you no longer need? We’d love donations for the library’s tree! Please contact Chanda at chanda@comstocklibrary.org. 

All ages are welcome but this craft is recommended for elementary age and up.
