In the Adulting 101 series, we teach basic classes on a variety of topics for people new to a skill and for those that need a refresher. These introductory courses cover topics like sewing, cooking, finances, applying for jobs, car maintenance, household care, pet care, and more.
May’s Adulting 101 course covers Meat-Free Meals. Curious how to make a meal more filling while avoiding the cost of pricey meat? Interested in an eco-friendlier diet? This class will teach you how to use different ingredients like beans, vegetables, and tofu to make some delicious, protein-rich meat-free meals.
